How i become a Make up artist
i even never think i could be a make up artist. Past years ago, i didnt have enough money to go to college. at the same time my father got heart attack ( where my family also shock and dunno how we can pay for hospital etc). But Thx to God, He provides everything we need. This is a miracle.
so i work at some snack factory for 9 month about. but i feel it just a routine activity for me. its quite bored really bored!!
sit at the office and put some data in computer makes my eyes like panda =.=’ pheww..
And finally i resign and dunno what to do haha then one dei i help my cousin go to Medan for her pre wed Photoshoot.
In Medan, everything change 180 degree. i see studio photoshoot, Make up room, photographer and some make up staff. wheww and here my life change and i got a vission.
There is opening make up lesson from Local Bridal which is we will be train by profesional make up artist. When i hear that my heart was BOOM ! then i joined and learned and trained.. and you know what? more and more i love it it just like i live againnnn… :) and i decide to become a make up artist even i noe this is not a short journey..and i didnt back to jakarta for a long time until i finished my training.haha. ( that time i just bring my t shirt jeans in my backpack).
I feel different. i feel live. fresh breathe for me. adaptation. new people. new culture.( its not easy for first month haha) and delicious food yummy :p guess what i have been work there and live for three half years above.
Make up is my dream. my DNA. i love my job. i just happy when i can make up brides and see how happy they are satisfied and feel they are pretty in their big day.
makeup hair, hair do, white wedding gown with her lovely groom. How wonderfull.How beautifull. they will enter a new life. they have look very very pretty when standing in front of ppl. i believe this is a big day that every girl in this world waiting for. dont u agree with me? =) thats why i call my self ” lady in waiting” and all i want is His blessing in my marriage in the future.
And now, im not working more in that bridal, i decide to back to jakarta become a freelancer make up artist where i can explore more, get in fashion industry , beauty industry, but also i love do make up for brides. =)
Thx to God that makes my life meaningfull. i love what i do. all because His mercy and Grace.
Do what you Loves and you won’t feel you are burden.
